"The Times" qouted a source close to the company saying:
"Google is planning to offer its services to under-13s, however, parents will be able to control what they can see and do"

The report also said that the parents would be able to restrict access to certain services through a special "dashboard". They (parents) could be able to control what information is gathered from their children who uses Google's services.

Technology website "The Information" first to report about the plans of Google.

A Google spokesperson said:
" We do not comment on rumors and speculation".
Currently, Google and Facebook do not offer their services to children who age is under 13 yrs. old, but many has already access to such web services like social networking sites, by pretending to be adult or log-in anonymously.

The age requirement existed on websites like Google and Facebook because of the Children's Online Privacy Protect Act, a US federal law which puts limits on how information about kids under 13 yrs of age is collected.

Doing the master phone reset is something that a phone owner would normally do, especially if they plan to sell their phone and making sure that their personal data will be no longer on the phone.

Many think that after doing a factory reset everything, including the personal data or even business data of the phone owner will be cleared, but there's a report that tells the factory reset do not clear or remove personal data.

A report by Blancco, a certified data erasure and computer reuse solution displays that the data remains on the specific device and can be still recover using recovery tools.

Managing Director of Blancco, Kim Väisänen said:
“For Blancco, these investigations are not surprising, as we realize that only software like our Blancco Mobile, which works at the device’s operating system level to overwrite all data, can fully delete information,”

He also added:
“Consumers and businesses alike should make sure that a complete overwrite is performed with proven software, meaning they should research what processes their phone carriers or buy back and return programs are using.”

“The lesson here is that mobile device users need to confirm that their phone carrier, mobile network operator or point-of-sale provider uses advanced overwriting software, which actually provides a detailed, auditable report to prove erasure and provide peace of mind,”

Microsoft has said that Windows Phone 8.1 Update will bring with it hundreds of updates for Internet Explorer 11.

The said update, which will be released to the developers next week will "greatly increase compatibility with the mobile web".

Adrian Bateman and Frank Oliver, program managers for Internet Explorer said in a blog post:
"We tested more than 500 of the top mobile web sites and found that the IE11 update improves the experience on more than 40% of them.

The two program managers also said that these brings IE11 on Windows Phone into line with how iOS and Android, the two giants and dominate force in the mobile device market, render mobile websites.

They (two program managers of Internet Explorer) added
"Unlike the mostly standards-based desktop web, many modern mobile web pages were designed and built for iOS and the iPhone. This results in users of other devices often receiving a degraded experience".

Moreover of what the two program manager said, "We Believe that this is a more pragmatic approach to running today's less-standardized mobile web".

They made their conclusion when the statement:
"When taken all together, the changes we have made to IE in Windows Phone 8.1 Update dramatically improve compatibility with the most popular mobile web sites".

The Tech Company Microsoft said that it will publish a full list of all the changes next week on the IE Developer Guide on MSDN. The changes will be released and rolled out to consumers in the coming months.

The world's first hoverbike could be here soon — ©Hover-bike.com

The inspiration and idea of British designer Chris Malloy, "the world's first hoverbike" is the combination of freedom of a helicopter together with the simplicity of a motorcycle that offer a whole new way to fly in the sky.

The hoverbike is currently available as a one-third size, hover bike drone, which is listed on crowdfunding site Kickstarter as a means of funding the full-size version of it. The people behind the creation of the hover bike claim that the drone will allow its users to see and feel exactly what flying the hover bike would be like.

The hover bike features a multipurpose platform which is suitable for transporting different kinds of objects and the drone comes with colorful LED lights surrounding its wheels.

The full-sized version of the hover bike is currently in the last prototype stages. It could be flown manned or unmanned, whilst its smaller version can fly on an undetermined or soon determine paths as well as "follow" and "loiter."

There was excitement in this earlier year when it was announced that Aerofex would start shipping its own hovercraft in 2017.

The drone versions of the hover bike cost from £595 or 1010.10 US Dollar and are the expected that this November drone version of the hover bike will be available for shipping.

The popular video website Dailymotion was compromised by cybercriminals able them to inject malicious code that redirect their video viewers and passively installing malware in their PC's. On June 28 the first iframe appeared and it installed Sweet Orange Exploit Kit, which targeted famous softwares like Oracle, Java, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Adobe Flash Player.

Dailymotion make a quick action about the vulnerability of the video viewers so that they will be safe again. According to DailyMotion, there are only a small number of users were compromised, and they restored the videos.

According to Symantec researchers "If the kit successfully exploited any of these vulnerabilities, then Trojan. Adclicker was downloaded onto the victim's computer,". They also added "This malware forces the compromised computer to artificially generate traffic to pay-per-click Web advertisements in order to generate revenue for the attackers."

The centriotimes reported last month that one of the largest providers for cheap consumer electronic products in the Philippines, CD-R King, will be bringing and selling the Google Glass wearable device in the country.

However, the report turns out to be hoax, and the company's alleged Google Glass teaser posted on their Facebook page has been removed.

Even though the report turns out to be untrue there's a good news for those who are still interesting and trying to get the virtual reality spectacle Google Glass. The good news for the people who are interested with Google Glass is that they can avail now the legit and original Google Glass through Lazada, an online retail store, for a whopping price of Php 85,000 if converted the price it turns to $2,000 US dollars. The price of the Google Glass in the retail store is more expensive than the original price of  $1,500.

The Google Glass went on sale, primarily to developers, in the United States on April 15, 2014 for a limited period of time for a whopping price of $1,500. Within just a month after it went for a limited time in the United States, the virtual reality spectacle device was available for purchase to the general public in the United States in May 15, 2014. In the late of June 2014, to be specific June 24th, the gigantic company which headquartered in the Mountain view is now offering the Google Glass device in the United Kingdom. However it is more expensive than the original price since it product comes with a whopping price £1,000 suggested retail price, which is if converted to US dollars  it is $1,700 that is $200 more expensive than the $1,500 original price.

Do you think the enormous price of Php 85,000 worth Google Glass re-sale offer is worth buying for, or you will just wait for the cheaper price tag. Moreover to that, it should be worthless that Google Glass is working on to release a new version of the Google Glass device with battery life improvement.
